How does white-label work in practice?
You brief me the same way you'd brief an internal developer. I build it, you QA it, it ships under your brand. Your client never knows I exist unless you want them to. I'm happy to join calls as 'your developer' if that helps.
Do you work on a retainer or project basis?
Project basis is the default - fixed scope, fixed price, agreed before I start. If you have recurring overflow, we can discuss a monthly arrangement after the first project.
What's your turnaround?
Depends on scope. A component library or CMS integration is days. A full Next.js build is 2-5 weeks. Tell me your deadline upfront and I'll tell you if it's doable.
Can you work with our existing codebase?
Yes. I'm comfortable dropping into an existing Next.js repo - reading the patterns, matching the conventions, and shipping without rewriting what doesn't need rewriting.
