§1 — Outcome

3 middlemen removed. Buyers compare 6+ certified varieties across 8 specs each — brix sweetness, maturity days, disease resistance — and reach the seller directly on WhatsApp in under 10 seconds.

§2 — The problem

Seed buyers had no way to compare varieties, verify specs, or contact the seller directly — everything ran through distributors who marked up prices and passed on limited information.
