§1 — Outcome

Renters and buyers search 50+ live listings across 3 filter dimensions - locality, type, and status. New properties go live in under 2 minutes, with zero developer calls.

§2 — The problem

Listings lived in chats and spreadsheets. Renters couldn't filter anything, and every new property meant someone re-typing details by hand.
